As our Senior Designer, you’ll support our hybrid team with design efforts from concept to launch.   • Create logos, creative concepts, brand collateral, packaging, presentation decks, print, digital, motion, and production design to support brands and activation in collaboration with the creative and strategy team
  • Must have a good understanding of design principles, composition skills and an understanding of typography
  • Confident presentation skills both internally and with clients
  • Turn design requests into engaging creative that drives results
  • Design world-class creative to support our clients aligned strategic initiatives
  • Turn conceptual ideas into intuitive and elegant presentations
  • Build strategic creative concepts and tactics that align with project strategy and goals
  • Ability to work on an agile-inspired sprint cycle, collaborating with the creative director, strategy team, and other designers and stakeholders
  • Create compelling, on-brand designs, articulate vision and evaluate various territory solutions
  • Maintaining brand and visual consistency across platforms and across campaigns
  • Advising on how use of motion design and animation can add value to a campaign
  • Experience designing well-crafted visual comms, adopting best practice, and general experience across channels such as print, digital, social and print
  • Track record of powerful design (both print and digital) grounded in strategy
  • Ability to perform, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities in a very fast-paced environment
  • Able to work to briefs and work across multiple projects at the same time
  • Solid Mac skills across Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and presentation software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Interested in keeping up to date with innovation in the design and digital space

A minimum of 4+ years of design for B2B and B2C brands. Evidence of strong web work is essential. Agency experience is a plus. While we are open to remote work, this position will be required to work EST hours.

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in creative / brand development fields
  • Web design skills. Experience in Sketch/Figma and Mural a plus
  • Strong UX/UI knowledge
  • Solid understanding of the creative workflow
  • Well versed in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop). After Effects a plus
  • An interest in relevant developments in tools and techniques, particularly motion and AI
  • Be a driver, not a passenger: self-starter mentality with a strong bias for action
