Aishah Hunter is a relationship-focused, forward thinking HR Professional who brings joy, creativity, and passion from vision to reality. In her leadership roles, Aishah focuses on helping business leaders establish cultures that support their brand values, elevate their leader’s business acumen, and drive business results through exceptional people practices.

Aishah is passionate about helping people actualize their personal potential and has brought that to life in the corporate and start-up world for over 9 years serving exceptional brands such as Target Corporation and Sweetgreen.

Aishah currently serves as a Senior People Business Partner for Sweetgreen overseeing the New York market. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to serve companies in Virginia, Ohio, New Jersey and New York.

Aishah is a graduate of James Madison University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication and a minor in Linguistic Anthropology. Committed to life-long learning, Aishah became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) in 2018 from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). Aishah is a native of Berks County, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Monmouth County, New Jersey with her incredible children.
