Role:

Thomas is responsible for developing innovative approaches to the measurement and analysis of consumer insights for Finch Brands to deploy on our clients’ behalf. This will include our proprietary consumer insights community offering as well as other methodologies that provide deep learning to our clients.

Experience:

Thomas is a researcher and business builder who has pioneered new insights methodologies and business models across a rich and varied career. Most recently, he was CEO of Passenger, a major technology player in the research communities space. Prior, to this he held leadership positions across blue chip research firms, including GfK as US Chief Client Services Officer and at TNS where he was the Managing Director of the firm’s Global Technology Practice. His broad experience in syndicated and brand research, customer experience and innovation has helped drive client growth and company success. Thomas holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Southern California.

I once skied a run with Jean Claude Killy, French Olympic star, in Courchevel.
