Finch Brands, a premier boutique branding firm, is seeking an experienced, aggressive superstar to play a central role in its brand strategy practice. This is a visible and critical position – its occupant will lead complex, multi-phase consumer insights, brand strategy and strategic creative activation engagements and be a leadership voice both inside the company and to our clients, partners and new business prospects.
The VP, Brand Strategy will manage the Strategy team and will report to and work closely with the SVP, Brand & Marketing Strategy, who currently serves in this role and will continue to have involvement with important projects and clients. This is a mid-senior position (likely 6-10 years of experience) and is ideal for someone with a consumer brand management and/or agency strategic planning background.
