The Solutions Development Manager is responsible for directly supporting the business development team and account team leads in winning new business and growing existing accounts.
The Solutions Development Manager will play a key role in business growth and will have the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership. They’ll assist with screening potential new client opportunities, shadowing sales leads in capturing the needs of potential clients, collaborating internally on solution/scope of work development, and drafting proposed approaches. They’ll also play a role in the operations side of growth, including tracking pipelines, drafting contracts, and managing relationships with the finance team.
This role will work directly under the head of business development and gain exposure to all areas of Finch Brands’ business, including Insights, Strategy, and Design. This role also will have tremendous career development potential due to the experience gained internally across the business and external exposure to client opportunities.
