Marketing and Business Development Intern

Finch Brands is looking for a Marketing and Business Development Intern to join our team. You will be tasked with supporting marketing and sales teams’ functions, reporting directly to the internal team. This position is geared towards individuals who are eager to contribute to the company’s continued growth.

Major Job Responsibilities

  • Support Finch Brands’ marketing and sales strategy and post content across social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Set up and oversee Finch Brands’ Real-World Branding podcast
  • Deploy Finch Brands’ outbound email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and organize Finch Brands’ marketing and sales materials and keep content up to date
  • Create, manage, review, export, and analyze prospect/lead lists and marketing reports
  • Audit Finch Brands website and regularly monitor websites of key competitors
  • Assist with small projects related to digital marketing and across other areas of the business as needed (brand strategy, design, insights)

Required Experience and Skills:
  • We are seeking candidates who are highly motivated to be a part of business growth, and possess excellent communication and organization skills
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office, strong oral and written communications skills, excellent organization and interpersonal skills (as well as a creative mind) are required
  • 1-2 years online marketing or sales experience including campaign development, performance analysis, and client management (internship experience will be considered)
  • Familiarity with CRM ad sales/marketing tools preferred (HubSpot, WordPress, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo)
  • Experience in SEO is a plus
