Finch Brands, a real-world brand consultancy, seeks an experienced, high energy Director of Business Development to help us continue to grow the FinchSight insights community business. This is a specialized offering within our firm and demands a sophisticated and consultative sales approach.
An insights community is a progressive market research methodology that involves the establishment of a private, on demand learning capability for a specific client. Clients engage Finch Brands to build, recruit, and manage these communities, enabling a continuous flow of learning. With 20 years of experience in custom market research, we entered the community business in 2016-17 and it has been highly successful. We now seek to grow it in a proactive, responsible way.
This role is responsible for the entire sales process – from identifying potential clients to developing proposed solutions to their needs to winning new business. While well-supported, this person will lead sales planning and execution for insights communities specifically. The entire company has aggressive growth goals and this position is no different.
