Finch Brands, a real-world brand consultancy, is seeking a Creative Director with a strong foundation in copywriting and design to manage a diverse workflow of client engagements that span insights, brand strategy, and design as well as a range of industries.
This role is client-facing and serves as the senior point of contact on complex, multi-faceted branding engagements. Overall, this leader must have a high comfort working with insights and strategic direction to solve brand and business questions through captivating writing and visual concepting. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Strategy team to execute insight-driven brand strategy components (personas, messaging, positioning, purpose, mission, values, brand architecture, product service offerings, innovation, etc.) and overseeing a team of designers who execute concepts (visual identity, brand collateral, advertising, etc.).
This role is ultimately responsible for the output of our Design team, the satisfaction of our clients, and the opportunities our excellence creates.
